June 26, 2007 - The baby bombers continued their first winning streak of the season, defeating the Hudson Valley Renegades at the Richmond County Bank Ballpark.  Ryan Zink started the game for the Yankees, pitching 5 shutout innings getting the win.

Staten Island got on the board early on in the first inning.  Justin Snyder lead off with a walk and was then caught stealing at second.  After Luis Nunez hit a pop out to the catcher, Damon Sublett doubled to left and then advanced to third on an error by the left fielder.  He would then come into score on a David Williams single to center.  The score would remain 1-0 until the fourth inning, when Chris Raber drew a one out walk and advanced to second on an error.  Chase Odenreider would reach first on a throwing error, which would also advance Raber to third.  DJ Hollingsworth belted a line drive single to left field to give the Yankees a 2-0 lead.

The Yankees would put more on the board in the fifth inning.  Justin Snyder lead off with a walk and then stole second.  Damon Sublett then knocked the first Yankees home run of the year as well as the first home run at the Richmond County Bank Ballpark.  David William then belted another single and advanced on a wild pitch and made it to third when Austin Krum grounded out.  Williams would come into score when Chris Raber knocked a line drive single to center.  DJ Hollingsworth led off the sixth inning with a bunt single down the first base line and would advance to third on a single by Snyder.  Luis Nunez had a sacrifice fly to left field for the RBI.

Staten Island got into a little trouble in the seventh inning when they gave up three runs to the Renegades.  The baby bombers would get those runs back in the bottom of the inning off a two run home run by Chase Odenreider, scoring Austin Krum.  The 'Gades would go on to score two more runs in the eighth inning but were unable to mount a come back against the bombers.
